Job Overview

Our client, located in the Ottawa region, is a rapidly growing storage solutions company with a proven track record of success. They are looking for a proven Account Manager to lead them through continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who is personable and detail-oriented to take ownership of the inbound sales motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound inquiries and follow-ups with a high level of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Be confident in receiving and making a large number of calls on a daily basis to follow up on leads and ensure opportunities are successfully closed.
  • Negotiate terms and manage objections effectively to win business.
  • Track all bookings through internal management systems to ensure up-to-date billing and record keeping.
  • Understand the nuances and requirements of booking storage solutions to ensure clients are given the right booking to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in sales, with proven experience in the storage industry, are considered a major asset.
  • Experience closing a high volume of transactions over the phone and virtually over email.
  • Detail-focused and relationship-driven approach to sales, with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients.
  • French language skills are considered an asset for this role, but are not a requirement.
  • Proven quota attainment and the ability to close a high volume of inbound leads.
