What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage relationships with assigned public sector clients, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead strategic account planning to align solutions with client objectives
- Coordinate internal resources for client-facing reviews and ensure effective communication of progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to introduce innovative products and services that address public sector challenges
- Facilitate RFP responses and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with government agencies, municipalities, or non-profit organizations, or in consultative sales/account management within the public sector or technology solutions
- Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational ability
- Proven track record of building trust and managing relationships with senior leaders in government or public agencies
- Knowledge of government processes, procurement cycles, and regulatory frameworks
