A financial services company is seeking an Account Executive to join their National Accounts team in Moncton, Canada. The successful candidate will drive business development and foster partnerships with consultants and plan sponsors. This role requires 5+ years of expertise in Group Retirement Savings, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The competitive base salary ranges from $71,900 to $119,800 annually, plus additional compensation components.

Within the National Accounts team, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving business development, growth, and retention with both consultant houses and our largest Group Retirement Services clients.
The Account Executive will leverage their initiative, presentation, communication, and relationship building skills to foster strong partnerships with internal (GRS Leadership, Functional Groups, Sales Support and Field Staff) and external (Consultants, Plan Sponsors) stakeholders to drive new consultant business and new client opportunities.
The base salary for this position is between $71,900 - $119,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
