The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, fluency in French and English, and a strong record of exceeding sales targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role focuses on promoting and selling the company’s comprehensive Payroll and Workforce Management solutions through a consultative sales approach conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored demonstrations, and presenting customized solutions.
This role necessitates strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the payroll industry, a proven record of exceeding sales targets, and a strategic focus on business development, client relationship management, partner development and market expansion.

The Account Executive has the option to work fully from the Payworks office in Montreal or on a hybrid work model, working in the office at least three (3) days a week. For individuals located outsideמניםière the Montreal area, the work arrangement will be determined in consultation with and approved by the Regional Sales Manager.
