Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships within the hospitality sector across Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, account management, client acquisition, and revenue growth, with a deep understanding of hospitality services, hotel operations, or travel-related solutions.

This role is key to expanding IIQAF Group’s market presence while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new and existing client accounts within the hospitality industry
  • Drive sales growth, contract negotiations, and account renewals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and hospitality partners
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or Business Development Professional
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, client management, and B2B sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
