Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for retail brands and overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both account management and project management, with a deep understanding of the retail brand industry. This role will report into an Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Work with cross-functional project teams, including creative, design, copywriting, resourcing, production and trafficking teams, to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
  • Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure project success.
  • Regularly communicate project status, progress, and key insights to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
  • Conduct thorough post-project analysis, evaluate project performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience working across digital channels such as (social, display, web) etc.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, or a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with retail clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
