As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with law firms and attorneys to drive revenue and sales growth to exceed your goals.

This position is fully remote but requires onsite visits with clients and attendance at industry events, as necessary.

What you'll do :

  • Sell deposition services and technologies to new and existing clients
  • Host virtual and onsite presentations to demonstrate Veritext products and solutions
  • Anticipate and actively listen to clients’ needs and concerns; find beneficial solutions
  • Track sales activities via Salesforce, including call reports, work plans, and territory analyses
  • Maintain knowledge of Veritext products and provide feedback on enhancements and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure excellent service throughout the sales cycle

Who you are :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing services; paralegal experience considered
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic in sales planning and execution
  • Proven success in sales, negotiation, and communication in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; eager to learn new technology
  • Effective presenter capable of demonstrating products in a user-friendly manner
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Professional, timely, and courteous
