Account Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive growth. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with multi‑site retail, hospitality, and commercial organizations, ensuring their signage remains compliant, functional, and aligned with brand standards. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in strategic account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while managing complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facility and property management teams
  • Coordinate emergency and reactive service needs across multiple client locations
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for service work, retrofits, and upgrades
  • Maintain CRM data and service reporting to track project history and trends
  • Act as a consultative partner on compliance, permitting, and signage life‑cycle planning
  • Lead contract negotiations, project bids, and service agreements for multi-location clients
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for large-scale signage programs
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development within signage, facility management, or retail sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams
  • Understanding of multi-location business operations and brand consistency
  • Organized, responsive, and customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of building systems, permitting, or service contracts (an asset)
