Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling full sets of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations and follow‑ups.
• Issue invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOA) to clients, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, project summaries, and ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and support audits and tax queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Perform ad‑hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Singapore Accounting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accounting software experience is an advantage.
• Analytical, meticulous, accurate, and highly reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multi‑task with good team work in a dynamic environment.
