Salary Range: The range for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000 CAD plus bonus, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with senior client management, becoming a trusted advisor, providing input on rewards program strategy, and deployment of RewardOps capabilities.
  • Focus on retaining existing business through relationship expertise, excellence in delivery, and strategic thinking.
  • With team members, manage a client relationship cadence with all client stakeholders to support operational delivery, developing and reaching strategic goals while performing to agreed standards.
  • Oversee the generation of insights from RewardOps data and turn into actionable initiatives for clients.
  • Take part in new client sales and onboarding activities, responsible for the smooth transfer into production. Identify new major growth opportunities with current clients.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, driving collaboration to ensure the voice of the client is heard throughout the product management lifecycle.
  • Track client priorities and issues as they are developed and work internally to remove potential roadblocks that may occur.
  • Continuously maintain a significant product understanding including, focusing on functional capability, marketplace offerings and future roadmap.
  • Working with the Marketplace & Support Teams to troubleshoot escalated customer service requests, summarize the issue and manage internal stakeholders to resolve.
  • Anticipating, understanding, and communicating emerging market trends and technologies that will enhance our solutions and offerings.
Job Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in Business or 7+ years of client services experience coupled with loyalty knowledge.
  • 5+ years of practical experience with an agency in SaaS platforms preferred.
  • Experience managing and mentoring of client service professionals.
  • Ability to think strategically, a strong understanding of marketing, tactics and strategies.
  • Well versed in delivering often-complex digital solutions and through your experience will be able to talk knowledgeably about them.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent and proven track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships and managing a range of projects to a successful conclusion for both client and agency.
  • Ability to make quality decisions and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
