A global sports marketing agency in Toronto is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead integrated sponsorship programs for financial services clients with a focus on women's sports, hockey, and music. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in sponsorship consulting, strong negotiation skills, and experience managing complex projects. This role offers a salary range of $97,500-$130,000 and includes benefits in a hybrid remote/in-office work setting.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Director to lead integrated sponsorship programs working on a financial services client, with a focus on women's sports, hockey, and music. You will manage one direct report and report to the VP of Sponsorship Consulting. You'll lead projects in brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and fan engagement.
You will have split responsibilities across sponsorship consulting, experiential activation, and hospitality management. Creating strategic frameworks, leading large-scale activations, and delivering premium client and guest experiences.
The salary range for this position is $97,500-$130,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and / or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
This is a hybrid remote / in-office role.
