The Sales Representative will collaborate with our CMS Account Management Team to find solutions for water treatment needs. This entry-level role involves applying technical knowledge and exploring sales strategies, managing projects of moderate complexity, and following a structured work plan to meet short-term objectives.

Program Details:

This position is part of our RISE early career program, a 12-month initiative designed to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence through hands-on experience and exposure to various business areas, providing a strong foundation for your career at Veolia.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts focusing on growth, strategy, and value communication
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure profitable sales in assigned territories
  • Develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships
  • Engage with current and prospective customers to meet sales and service needs
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote high-value solutions
  • Understand customer business models to deliver added value
  • Build strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals
  • Participate in community events and drive process improvements

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience)
  • Less than 1 year of sales, marketing, or technical support experience in water treatment industry

Eligibility:

  • Willingness to travel and reside within the assigned region
  • Ability to work in industrial environments with safety equipment
  • Willingness to pass background checks and drug testing
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; willingness to undergo driving record checks if operating company vehicles
