Accenture Construct in Toronto is seeking an Internal HR Coordinator to support the People & Culture team with benefits administration, onboarding, policy execution, and HR compliance. You will help manage confidential files and assist with HR reports, drafting letters, and maintaining HRIS data.

This hybrid role splits time between Richmond Hill and Toronto offices, with some in-person collaboration and flexible work arrangements to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HR degree/diploma or certificate in Human Resources.
• Experience with employee benefits, compensation administration, policies and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and respond to inquiries with discretion.

• (Internal title: Human Resources Coordinator)
  • Support the People & Culture department in the areas of employee benefits, employee compensation administration, policies or procedures execution and compliance, document management, employee engagement activities, and other administration.
  • Coordinate and provide employee support throughout full onboarding cycle and assist with facilitation of orientation.
  • Liaise with the Accounting and Payroll departments to provide accurate and timely employee status updates, and support project time reporting.
  • Administration of corporate benefit and pension plans.
  • Address and resolve routine employee inquiries.
  • Manage and update confidential employee files, provide support in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
  • Update and maintain confidential data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other related HR systems.
  • Draft HR documentation such as offer letters, position, and salary changes, etc.
  • Provide support to various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Document and maintain HR processes and procedures.
  • Support preparation of HR reports.
  • Complete any tasks as assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
• WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Hybrid (split between Richmond Hill and Toronto offices).

• Related HR education and experience.
• Working towards a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources.
