Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, finance or treasury.
• Previous ABS experience considered an asset.
• CPA or other financial designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly collateral and service reports for Canadian ABS transactions.
• Support the issuance of new Canadian transactions by providing documentation to external auditors.
• Set up and validate transactions in GTS; validate initial cash flow model.
• Complete proper reporting of ABS balances in GTS and validate monthly outstanding note and cash balances.
• Daily monitoring of Canadian ABS cash flows, task includes monitoring daily fund investments.
• Process purchase orders and maintain invoice log and accrual analysis.
• Responsible for the ABS bank account administration.
• Coordinate signatures and distributions of ABS documents.
• Generate monthly issuance reports.
• Maintain department work instructions and complete IC compliance activities.
• Perform UAT for system upgrades.
• Provide additional support to ABS local and HQ teams.
