Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Canada is seeking a Truck Driver to deliver products from the distribution center to customer job sites. You will operate a 5 Ton truck, complete pre-trip inspections, and ensure accurate, damage-free deliveries while complying with safety standards.

You will load/unload with the team, verify orders, and maintain logs. The role requires a Class 5 Alberta licence, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; delivery/warehouse experience considered an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence; clean driving abstract; Airbrakes Q endorsement.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly; frequent driving and manual tasks.
• Experience operating a 5 Ton truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver to customer sites, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections and maintain logs and paperwork.
• Assist loading/unloading and verify orders for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.
