HR cum Admin

$3000 - $3500

Working Hours : 9am-6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location : Lavender Street

Job Scope:

  • Monitor, record, and ensure accuracy of employee attendance on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update employee information files, ensuring confidentiality of all HR records.
  • Calculate staff monthly salaries, including overtime, allowances, and mandatory deductions according to company policy and relevant employment laws.
  • Prepare and process CPF contributions for eligible employees, ensuring compliance with all government regulations and deadlines.
  • Handle staff inquiries related to attendance, payroll, and HR matters, and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Assist employer and family with ad-hoc personal tasks (e.g. school activity for children, domestic helper applications, simple errands).
  • Support the creation and editing of short promotional videos for company business, including uploading to appropriate online channels.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by management.

Job Scope:

  • Previous experience in basic payroll administration (headcount below 20), CPF submission and HR documentation preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic payroll/HR software.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, trustworthy, and discreet.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn basic video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and provide flexible support for both HR and personal matters.
  • Can go to Woodlands Office twice a week for meeting.
