Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems and supporting plant operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years at the journeyperson/technician level, preferably in an institutional environment.
• Familiarity with DDC and pneumatic controls.
• Experience with institutional HVAC systems and central heating plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and energy systems.
• Support plant operations and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with emergent situations across the university when necessary.
