Our student and new grad opportunities include internships and co‑op programs, all designed to give your career a strong start. Fall work terms begin at four months in length and may be extended for an additional four months or more, depending on business needs. While most roles are full‑time, there is flexibility for part‑time work.
Our program is ideal for early‑career professionals who are new grads that have completed their courses within the past year, as well as students in their current program of study. Work terms in our program can be counted towards an accredited co‑op program with your university or college.
We are actively recruiting early‑career professionals for the 2026 Fall semester in various teams looking for Marketing and Communications students or new grads. Team assignments will vary, and detailed descriptions will be provided if selected for an interview.
The opportunity to build cross‑functional professional networks, identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation, and continuously learn and grow through coaching and mentoring from professionals across EDC. Work in a high‑performing, fast‑paced, and flexible environment facilitated by technologies and report to any of our EDC Hubs across Canada.
