Role/Responsibilities

• Build and guide our growing team and product as a foundational technology leader
• Design and architect frontend UI, SDK, and distributed backend software.
• Use cutting edge web3 technologies such as IPFS+IPLD, Libp2p, and Waku.
• Work closely with the team on product decisions and strategy. We expect a point of view and a collaborative partner who is interested in finding creative solutions
• Work alongside our founders to help shape our engineering culture

About you

• 5+ years working at a full stack capacity
• Experience in leading engineering teams on large projects
• Proficiency in either Typescript, ClojureScript or Rust
• Nice to have, but not required:
• Experience with IPFS, Libp2p, and Waku.
• Experience with semantic data Kubelt decentralizes applications by turning wallets applications. Build better and faster with a full stack, local-first backends.
• Crypto/web3 interest (professional or personal) — e.g. you’ve used a dApp, joined a DAO, or bought an NFT
