As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will :
  • Conduct individual and group assessments and provide intervention services to adult clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized intervention plans tailored to their needs.
  • Participate in case discussions and service planning alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new programs by conducting needs assessments.
  • Develop and lead awareness, prevention, and intervention workshops and groups for adults and seniors.
  • Plan and organize activities to raise awareness of mental health issues within the adult and senior communities.
  • Review files, complete paperwork, and follow up with patients.
  • Develop procedures to improve workflow and compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • A BA or MA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with diverse patient groups.
  • Active registration as a Social Worker (OCSWSSW) or Psychotherapist (CRPT).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
