Qualifications

  • Experience working with fleet vehicles (light-duty trucks, vans, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Term: Full Time

Reporting to the Equipment Superintendent, the <> will support the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our fleet. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
  • Complete safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform on-site repairs when required
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with fleet vehicles (light-duty trucks, vans, etc.) preferred
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and maintenance tracking tools
