What's the job?
The Second Cook contributes to the overall success of the Culinary team. They are involved in preparing the dinner menu and are responsible for all starch and vegetable items required for the menu. The Second Cook will work with the First Cook to ensure that all products meet quality standards as set out by Culinary leadership.

2nd Cooks work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Site locations are in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site, or via ground on our shuttle. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. Wages are paid on an hourly basis with a starting rate of $20.91 per hour.
