Qualifications

• Completion of a valid 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in operation and maintenance of a pressure plant.
• ABSA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and regulate the Power Plant operations.
• Coordinate facilities operations during off-shifts and weekends.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Boiler Safety Association regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of DCS (e.g., Insight, ABB, etc.)

Operational and maintenance abilities

Good verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
