This position is open to all qualified OPSEU staff throughout Lakeridge Health commencing 18 August 2026 and closing at 11:59 pm on 25 August 2026.
Reporting Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, and in conjunction with the Technologist the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the modality workflow, by monitoring the overall workload utilization and makes adjustments where required for productivity improvement in a timely manner in a multidisciplinary family centered care environment. The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for the complete range of tests and procedures related to Mammography, interventional mammography, and Bone Mineral Densitometry and will support the department as a subject matter expert to resolve clinical, technical, and/or operational concerns related to Mammography practice. Additionally, the Mammography technologist will have a thorough knowledge of the theory and practices of laboratory procedures, instruments, equipment and special techniques and will be responsible for equipment maintenance, X-ray safety, education, supplies and other duties as relevant or assigned.
