North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services (NEOFACS) in Kapuskasing is seeking a Family Preservation Worker on a twelve-month full-time contract. The role focuses on intensive intervention for high-risk children and families, delivering behavioural management skills and parental training.
The ideal candidate holds a social work or related degree, is bilingual, and possesses a G class driver's license or has access to a vehicle. Flexible hours are required to meet family needs.
Twelve (12) Month Full-time Contract Position in Kapuskasing
As a member of the Family Preservation team, the successful candidate will provide intensive intervention to high-risk children and their families exhibiting severe behavioural and emotional difficulties. The focus of the intervention will be to provide intensive child behavioural management skills and/or parental training to the identified families.
