Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a dedicated school bus driver to transport children to and from school each morning and afternoon. This full-time, permanent role emphasizes safety, adherence to traffic laws, and routine bus inspections.

Ideal candidates will have CPR/First Aid certification, a minimum of 1 year of school bus driving experience, and a Class 4 license with a clean driving record. Province childcare employment requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience driving a school bus preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Experience working with children is an asset
• Class 4 Drivers license with a clear drivers abstract, S Endorsement preferred
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment

Responsibilities

• Obeying all traffic laws.
• Performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route.
