Associated Ambulance is currently accepting expressions of interest for an Advanced Care Paramedic to join our Edson Station in full-time. This roles offer a stable and predictable Core-flex shift pattern and the opportunity to make a real impact on community care.

Since 1977, Associated Ambulance has proudly provided emergency medical services across Alberta. Operating in 24 communities, we are Alberta’s largest contracted ambulance provider with Alberta Health Services. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality mobile healthcare, focused on patient safety and excellence in care.

Key Qualifications
  • Valid Advanced Care Paramedic practice permit that meets Alberta EMS practice requirements
  • Current Alberta Class IV drivers license
  • Completion of all mandatory and required training, including Medical Communications Protocols (MCP) and Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC)
Core Competencies
  • Strong commitment to quality patient care, safety, and professionalism aligned with Associated Ambulances core values
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interprofessional healthcare team
  • Capacity to remain calm and perform efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations
Position Details
  • Work Schedule : Four (4) days on, four (4) days off
  • Applicants must disclose in their expression of interest any prior commitments that may affect their availability to meet full-time expectations
  • All full-time and temporary full-time positions are subject to a three-month probationary period
