Job summary

Bath Depot in Nepean, near Ottawa, is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers with projects of all sizes, build relationships, and contribute to day-to-day store operations while representing a fast-growing Canadian home-renovation brand.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of retail experience, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.).
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team.
• Adhere to and promote health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Highlight and optimize in-store promotions.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts.
