U.S. Bank offers a Business Banking Rotational Development Program designed to accelerate early-career growth through three ten-month rotations, pairing on-the-job training with mentorship and peer collaboration.

Participants develop core sales and credit skills while engaging in cohort activities and community involvement, with a July 12, 2027 start date and full-time hours across participating locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar majors with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Basic understanding of banking terms, concepts, and applications through coursework or projects in cost and managerial accounting, business finance (basic functions), and advancedfinancial management (financial analysis for decision making), and micro & macro economics.
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners.
• Customer service experience and/or highly adept at building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ability to start rotation program on July 12, 2027.
• Reliable transportation to meet with clients within a 30-mileradius

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing relationships through our consultative and holistic approach to solving client needs.
• Get hands-on experience in a variety of business banking roles including Business Banking Relationship Analyst (BBRA) and Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBRM).
• Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Build a supportive community of peers through cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight to support your transition from college to the workforce.

Working modeland hours:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.Rotational program members work approximately40-hourseach week in this fulltime role.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
