Responsibilities:

  • Assist in grading assignments
  • Proctoring final exam
  • Invigilate tests and exams as required
  • Hold tutorials and office hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • MBA graduate with interest or experience in OB_HR_Leadership either as a learner or teacher.
  • Candidate must have taken a Leadership Development Practicum (RSM5604 or RSM5614) course or Leadership Development Lab (RSM2622) course at Rotman School of Management.
  • Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.

Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

Sessional dates of appointment: Jan 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2026

The minimum hourly rate shall be: September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; January 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; September 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay.
