A leading educational institution in Toronto is seeking a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the course RSM2618H. The role involves grading assignments, proctoring exams, and holding tutorials. Qualification: Completion of Master’s or Doctoral degree with a strong academic background in Organizational Behaviour required. Previous SIA experience in this course (RSM2618) required. Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.
Sessional dates of appointment: Jan 1, 2026 – Apr 30, 2026
The minimum hourly rate shall be: September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; January 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; September 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay.

This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
