A leading educational institution in Toronto is seeking a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the course RSM2123H. Responsibilities include assisting in grading, proctoring exams, and holding tutorials. The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in Economics, with a PhD preferred. Strong familiarity with course materials and previous TA experience are also important. This position offers an hourly rate starting at $54.27 plus vacation pay, starting January 1, 2026.

Jan 1, 2026: $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay
Sep 1, 2026: $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay
Notes: This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Undergraduate or graduate students and postdoctoral fellows of the University of Toronto are covered by the CUPE 3902 Unit 1 collective agreement rather than the Unit 3 collective agreement, and should not apply for positions posted under the Unit 3 collective agreement.
