Job summary

Weeneebayko Area Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Moose Factory site in Ontario. You will provide professional nursing care, plan, carry out, and evaluate nursing interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs in a remote community setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• PALS, AED, NRP, TNCC and IV therapy certifications are assets.
• Added Nursing Skills certification or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Who You Are

• Experienced registered nurse with 2 years’ experience
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, while supporting each member in their roles
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of nursing role and enhanced scope
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships with colleagues in order to enhance patient care services

Salary: $77,688.00 - $111,364.50
