Responsibilities
- Organize accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals, and individual account statements.
- Assess and reconcile various financial operations, inspect and confirm source documents, such as invoices and expense vouchers, to confirm commitments; and post appropriate records.
- Control the timeliness of standard objectives, financial statements, and reports.
- Organize source documents, files, and other account-related data.
- Organize all routine registers, manage the budget, and analyze data.
- Maintain all end‑of‑the‑year records properly.
- Carry out job responsibilities using spreadsheets, an online database, and all accounting software.
- Provide exceptional assistance to various departments and develop a yearly plan for it.
- Supervise invoices and maintain an up‑to‑date contract‑filing system; and conduct audits with the organization.
- Organize all journal entries, analyze account records, and reconcile all statements for the month ending.
- Organize an appropriate list of fixed assets for tax remittance and budget preparation.
- Help other departments organize requests for various business units for customers and regulators.
- Analyze accounting systems, identify flaws, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Reassess all check requests and audit all invoices for accuracy.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; other accounting‑related certificate courses are preferred.
- Sufficient computer knowledge; ability to perform mathematical processes; and exceptional knowledge of accounting software and other fundamentals.
- Strong interest in business and finance topics.
- Possession of excellent working knowledge and data application.
- Possessing patience and adaptability in a diverse business environment.
- Exceptional abilities in general bookkeeping procedures or principles.
- Excellent understanding of payroll systems, accounts payable, and general ledgers.
- Excellent skills in the use of office equipment, including spreadsheets, word processing, and microcomputer abilities for error detection and correction.
