You will be working in the Centre for Student Development at Oxford Brookes University, serving as the first point of contact for students accessing a range of services. This campus-based role involves welcoming visitors warmly, organising appointments, and directing students to appropriate services in a sensitive, personalised manner.

Responsibilities

• Offering a point of sensitive, inclusive and warm welcome to students visiting the Centre for Student Development
• Organising appointments for students visiting a range of services
• Communicating with students in person and via email in a sensitive and personalised way
• Referring students to a range of services
• Prioritising and responding to incoming communications and distributing them, where appropriate to relevant staff
• Ensuring that confidential student records are completed accurately and fully
• Assisting in the cleaning of data for monitoring and evaluation purposes
