ClearPath Service Manager – Early Onset Psychosis Program

Are you passionate about transforming lives and leading a team dedicated to early intervention in mental health? Join Bluebonnet Trails Community Services as our ClearPath Service Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Early Onset Psychosis (EOP) program.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and oversee all aspects of the ClearPath program in alignment with BTCS’s mission and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team—including a Primary Clinician, Supported Employment/Education Specialist, and Outreach Coordinator—to deliver recovery-focused, person-centered care.
  • Support and guide staff through clinical consultation, crisis response, and coaching to ensure high-quality services.
  • Plan and manage program operations, including budgeting, long-term strategic goals, and ongoing quality improvement.
  • Keep your team current with best practices and trainings, while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Travel to various clinic sites to provide on-site leadership and staff support.

Location: Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee and Williamson Counties

Hourly Salary Range: $27.85 – $36.20

Differential Detail
  • $1.00/hr Master’s Degree
  • $0.75/hr Bilingual
  • Up to $2.00/hour – previous experience at a community center in Texas in a similar role
  • Up to $4.00/hour – tenure with BTCS
  • $1.00/hr Advanced Licensure

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services*, 2 years of management experience, comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. A demonstrated aptitude to connect with youth, adults, and families.

Possesses a valid Texas Driver's License and maintains approved drivers’ status throughout employment.

  • If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field is required.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Services.

One year’s experience in providing wellness and recovery support services in mental health, substance use and/or crisis intervention and screening.

Pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or a related field.

Advanced licensure.

Bilingual in ASL or Spanish.

Experience in providing concurrent documentation.

Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).

Salary Amount $60,008 - $75,296/year
