Job summary

ONroute is hiring Team Members for Tim Hortons locations in our busy plazas. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and prepare a range of food and drinks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available with flexible hours and shift premiums. You’ll join a team that values teamwork, integrity, and exceptional customer service as part of Ontario’s ONroute network.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, food service or retail is helpful.
• Ability to greet customers and handle payments with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced frontline environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
• Preparing food and drinks
• Managing mobile orders
• Assembling orders and packaging take-out and indoor dining options
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our customers, team-mates, and yourself

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on the 401/ 400 highways, and public transportation is not available.
