A community health organization is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Thunder Bay for a full-time role. Under the direction of the Anti-Human Trafficking Services Manager, the Clinical Coordinator’s primary function is to provide assessment and Intake services for those entering the program. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator acts as clinical lead senior practitioner for the Live-In Team. This position will ensure the provision of current clinical best practices and holistic treatment services for families through a variety of interventions and a 24-hour care setting that is consistent with the vision, mission and core values established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $36.84 To $45.31 Hourly
