RQ11727 - Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior

• Major responsibilities and deliverables are identified inthe Resource Request for this assignment. The consultant will work withidentified individuals within the program areas and the major businessinitiatives. The resource is to be utilized across Labour and TransportationCluster initiatives, subject to required management approval, but not to exceedfinancial and procurement budget approvals.
  
• Provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, theselection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required fortesting. Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in GraphicalUser Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments,including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, anduser acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests).
  
• Proficient in Cloud technology, Agile & DEVOPS.
  
• The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for thedevelopment of test plans, test scripts and test cases and executing theseagainst the various components. The tester will work with the testing lead andIT lead of each project as well as the project team members in the analysis,design, development, implementation and ongoing support of the requiredsystems.
