Maarut is seeking a Guidewire Developer in Montreal to support an on-premise upgrade of PolicyCenter from 10.2.2 to 10.2.5. The role focuses on identifying and resolving DBCC issues, including data corrections and Gosu code root-cause fixes within PolicyCenter.

This hands-on technical position emphasizes code, data models, and troubleshooting rather than functional analysis, with a preference for candidates experienced in Guidewire upgrades (on-premise or Cloud) and P&C insurance domain

Job Description

Our client is preparing an on-premise upgrade of Guidewire PolicyCenter from version 10.2.2 to 10.2.5 and is seeking a Guidewire Developer to support the initiative. The primary focus will be identifying and resolving Database Consistency Checks (DBCC), including both data corrections and Gosu code root-cause fixes within PolicyCenter.

This is a hands-on technical development role focused on code, data models, and troubleshooting, not a functional analysis position.

Key Requirements

• Experience correcting DBCC issues, including data and Gosu code fixes
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and remediation
