Job summary

Maarut is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Full Stack to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade platform capabilities across UI, service, API, workflow, and data-access layers.

You will build reusable platform services to support government programs, onboard registries, forms, payments, and notifications, while collaborating with architects, product managers, UX designers, QA, DevOps, and partners.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years designing and developing large-scale, multi-client web applications or equivalent senior experience.
• Extensive hands-on Java development experience with Oracle, SQL, or comparable relational databases.
• Significant experience with REST APIs, RESTful web services, microservice architecture, and Internet-ready applications.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and maintainsenterprise platform capabilities across the user-interface, service, API,workflow, integration, and data-access layers. The role builds reusableplatform services that can support multiple government programs, while alsoimplementing the service-specific connections required to onboard registries,permitting, forms, payments, notifications, documents, identity, and otherbusiness-facing functions.
