Maarut is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to direct large-scale OPS I&T initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will guide requirements, schedules, and budgets, promote best practices, and lead diverse teams across disciplines to meet ministry standards and funding targets.

• Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profileand high risk projects for OPS I& IT initiatives.
  
• Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ businessrequirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness,efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies andframeworks.

• Effectively manages large project budgets and ensures a highlevel of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, forecasts andreconciliation/confirmation of actuals.
  
• Proactively identifies potential risk events and issuesbefore they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
  
• Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks at seniorexecutive levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision makers.
