• Assist with the development and coordination of all data reports
• Support the development of quality improvement performance audit function processes and tools
• Manage data review processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of health services data reports
• Report outcomes and quality monitoring results to management
• Develop recommendations for process improvement

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge and use of quality improvement methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and flowcharting/mapping tools

• Experience with electronic health records and data entry tools
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish supportive relationships with diverse teams
