Lead the design and implementation of training and educational programs to support the adoption and sustained use of the Insujet™ System in (Country), in alignment with Sol-Millennium Medical Ltd’s commercial strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Clinical Product Specialist for the Insujet™ portfolio, delivering expert support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials.
- Provide clinical insights and user feedback to inform internal teams on regulatory compliance and future product development strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, allied health professionals, and patient advocacy groups to enhance awareness and endorsement of the Insujet™ System within the diabetes community.
- Develop targeted educational and training resources to support effective adoption and sustained use of the Insujet™ System among intended user populations.
- Deliver specialized training programs to healthcare professionals, equipping them to confidently and safely support patients in long‑term use of the Insujet™ System.
- Coordinate clinical evaluations with healthcare providers to drive adoption, while collecting real‑world evidence for publications, case studies, and white papers that support marketing, documentation, and training initiatives.
- Collect and document real‑world data on clinical outcomes and product usability from patients and healthcare professionals using standardized tools.
- Provide post‑market support to ensure continued and effective use of the Insujet™ System.
- Share insights and feedback from training and education activities with internal teams to inform ongoing improvements.
- Participate in complaint data collection in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to product innovation by working closely with the broader Insujet™ team to inform future product development.
Job Requirements
- 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, business / marketing or a related field.
- 2. 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes related knowledge / product experience is advantageous.
- 3. Proven clinical account management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- 4. Knowledge of the healthcare industry; experience in diabetes / endocrinology products are desired.
- 5. Strong presentation and training skills to educate HCPs and patients on correct product usage.
- 6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis. Clinical knowledge or medical background essential, with the ability to understand and explain technical product details.
