We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the visual and functional foundation of our client-facing web experiences.

This is a high-impact creative role focused on designing industry-leading web experiences that set the benchmark for all client projects. As the senior UX / UI designer, you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing a new portfolio of visually diverse, high-converting themes that drive visitors toward conversion. You will be the lead architect of our client-facing web experience, directly influencing the conversion rates and brand perception of thousands of small businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to design a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system (primarily for WordPress).

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on breathtaking visual design and rigorous systems-level thinking.

Must-haves include 7+ years of professional UX / UI design experience, with a heavy focus on web design, and a world-class portfolio demonstrating experience building scalable design systems and multi-site web design. Spearhead the end-to-end design of a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system (primarily for WordPress).

Create a portfolio of visually diverse, industry-leading themes that are modern, professional, and tailored to our clients' industries. Integrate SEO best practices, site speed principles, and accessibility standards into the core of the theme system. Design themes that are intuitive for internal teams through a flexible and powerful system of modular blocks and layout options. Maintain and elevate our main corporate website.
