Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑directed, and results‑driven Vertical Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for customer‑oriented campaigns and programs across Latin America. This role is essential in positioning our brand within key industries, driving demand, and enabling sales through impactful campaigns, content, and customer experiences.

You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to develop and scale data‑driven, insight‑led campaigns that generate qualified leads and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B marketing background, excellent collaboration skills, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Define vertical marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate market insights into actionable plans with clear KPIs.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across the customer journey.
  • Deliver Account‑Based Marketing, Lead Generation, and conversion programs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate vertical messaging.
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms, events, and customer touchpoints.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Analyze and enhance customer journeys for better conversion.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize based on data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or tech.
  • Proven success in campaign design and execution.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Experience with ABM, lead generation, social media, email marketing, events, and paid media.
  • Analytical mindset and performance‑driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
