The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Applicants should have over four years of recruitment experience, particularly in Engineering and Product, with a strong emphasis on process organization and communication skills. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary along with various benefits.

  • 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product.
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptionally organized with a focus on process.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile and self‑sufficient Technical Recruiter to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
  • Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
  • Maintain structured, well‑documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager
Requirements
  • 4+ years of in‑house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product.
  • Proven success hiring in fast‑paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow‑through
Salary & Benefits
  • $1,500-$2,100USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
