As our Technical Assistant Warranty , you’ll play a key role in Customer support warranty for Climate products respecting the target dates

Your impact? Register serial compressor and technical report compressors

You’ll collaborate withfunctionsand take ownership ofkey processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support by phone and e-mails
• Register warranty invoices of compressors and parts.
• Material check for warranty process with their invoices and authorizations
• Responsible for adjusts requests of Climate materials and SAP
• Administration of warranty orders in SAP

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate English is a plus
• Bachelor degree or technical eduaction (Administration, Business, Public Relationships or relative)
