What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and log trim and fabric at assigned subcontractor locations, communicating with management and accounting
• Maintain accurate records of trim and piece goods transfers at the assigned location
• Report shortages and discrepancies to management and coordinate fulfillment
• Administer trim to designated personnel at subcontractor locations and maintain records
• Perform periodic inventory checks and assist with annual or bi-annual inventory processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or higher
• Fundamental understanding of garment construction and ability to read a bill of materials (BOM)
• Basic counting and math skills
• Experience with spreadsheet programs, accounting software, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to learn proprietary software as required
