Job Overview

The role involves providing project and program management support for Accenture’s Legal Compliance Monitoring Team. You will assist the Program Director and team leaders in building program structure, developing work plans, and managing strategic initiatives and projects. The role requires presenting alternatives and proposing solutions to optimize and standardize the program.

Main Responsibilities

1. Help create and manage work plans, deliverables, budgets, due dates, key dependencies to meet program objectives.
2. Support the Program Director in managing project goals and action plans to drive the program to completion.
3. Drive real-time program reporting using visualization tools like Power BI or Qlik.
4. Manage the design and implementation of various programs and initiatives.
5. Assess, improve, and reengineer processes for standardization and automation.
6. Support the Program Director in ensuring consistent reporting on program status to keep stakeholders informed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in compliance monitoring, audit functions (external/internal), or data analytics.
• Knowledge of legal compliance programs and risk assessment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
